Youth
Step Up for Youth, the Humboldt County Workforce Investment you services program, is designed to help eligible youth engage with training and work experience programs. Step Up for Youth has youth program operators (YPOs) in 5 regions of our rural and disbursed county. YPOs live and work in their own region- creating relationships with local youth and employers, in order to serve youth in the community in which they live.
